do you accept returns or exchanges?

i am a one-person run business and currently sew all my products in small batches, so i can not accommodate returns or exchanges at this time. i make sure to be clear about all measurements and sizing in my product descriptions, so please read each description carefully before purchasing.

if your order issue is related to shipping (a lost package, a damaged package, etc.), please reach out via my contact form or DM me on instagram and i will try my best to help.

do you take preorders or custom orders?

not at this time! this might change in the future, but i currently only release my products in seasonal launches/collections.

do you offer international shipping?

i currently only offer shipping within the US and Canada, but if you love a baby fresa product and live outside of those regions, international shipping can definitely be arranged for a flat-rate fee! use my contact form or DM me on instagram to reach out!
